1、Technical system introduction
    Technical system of Xuzhou Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd. is the core composition of XCMG nation-class enterprise technical center, the special reserch and development institution of most powerful technological strength for construction cranes. For a long period, it continuously offers high-quality and efficient technology, product and service for China and the whole world.
    The technical system totally possesses more than 500 research and development personnels, in which more than 20% have degrees above senior engineer or master degree, more than 35% have technical titles above engineer.     At present, technical system has put in practice international advanced computer auxiliary design software, special analysis software and technical management system such as AUTOCAD, PRO/E, ANSYS, AMESIM, ADAMS, AlGOR, CAPP, PLM, and build development invironment for increasingly improving design quality, shortening development period and supplying reliable products to customers faster.

2、Scientific and technological achievements
    In recent ten years, technical system of  Xuzhou Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd. has created several China first, first generation new K series truck crane, first all terrain crane having independence intellectual property rights, China’s first 300t all terrain crane, Asian new level DG68 aerial platform fire truck, Asian first 500t all terrain crane……, here continuously represents creativity and innovation of China construction machinery.
    At present, technical system has possessed national patents for 36 items. In 2008, our company declared 136 national patents, among which invention patents more than 30 items. Company has won provincial technological improvement prize for 15 items, among which the project “Large mobile crane development and industrialization” won first prize of China machinery industrial technology improvement, and second prize of Jiangsu province technology improvement, QAY25 all terrain crane won first prize of China machinery industrial technology improvement. Company also has won municipal technological improvement prize for 26 items, and successively undertaken programs such as national 863 technology project, national key torch project, Jiangsu province key scientific and technological project, Jiangsu province key scientific and technologic achievement transformation project; as China mobile crane standard committee secretary, our company has revised many national standards.
