Establishing Process of Quality System

    In 1995, the company was the first one to pass ISO9001: 1994 quality certification in the industry.

    In May 2002, it passed ISO9001:2000 certification, by which the validity and efficiency of quality have

    been promoted.

    In April 2003, truck crane series and concrete pump series were passed 3C force certification.

    In February 2004, it won ISO14001 certification of environmental system and GB/T28001 certification of

    Occupational Health and Safety system.

    In March 2005, it passed ISO10012:2003 certification of Perfect Computation Test system.

State of Quality System

    It has turned into first class unit in China, possessing complete testing capacity. Advanced testing method

    is adopted for the development and manufacture of products and the continuous improvement of quality.

    It has established the Staff quality responsibility examination system and carry out quality objective

    management.

    It has built up area quality management system.

    It has built up rapid response process of the market.

    It has built up inner customer system.

    It has built up inner quality damage compensation system.

    Quality training examination system has been built up, and the staff go to work with certificate.

    Customer satisfaction degree Check system has been built up.

    The fixed channel of“Investigation aiming at each machine”has been established. The information of

    products and service are acquired, collected, transferred, analyzed and fed back by the channel.

    Monthly visit by phone is for important customers, at the same time, special investigation is adopted to

    get information of customers.

    The yearly countrywide service units visiting activity is organized to get information from customers as


    much as possible.
